This policy explains what personal information wavvelytte collects when you ask us for a quote or browse this website, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and the rights you have over it.

1. The information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in the quote form on this site, we collect the details you enter, which may include:

• your name;
• your company or organisation (optional);
• the destination country for the order;
• the type of book, and the quantity you need;
• your contact detail — the email address or phone number you give us; and
• any project details you type into the specification box.

If you contact us directly by WhatsApp, phone or email instead, we receive whatever information you choose to share in that message, along with your phone number or email address.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, when you visit us some information is collected automatically:

• Server and log data — your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you view, recorded by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running.
• Cookies and similar technologies — set by the Meta (Facebook) Pixel we use to measure our advertising. See section 5.
• Font delivery — our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is visible to Google when the page loads.

We do not collect payment-card details on this website, and we never ask for passwords, bank details or government ID numbers through the site.

2. How we use your information

We use the information above only to run our printing business — specifically to:

• read your enquiry and prepare and send you a costed quote;
• respond to your questions and send samples if you ask;
• process, produce and ship any order you go on to place, including arranging freight to your port;
• keep records of our dealings with you and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations in India;
• measure and improve our advertising (for example, understanding that a website visit led to a quote request); and
• keep the website secure and working properly.

3. Our legal grounds

Where data-protection law requires us to have a legal basis (for example, for visitors in the EEA or UK under the GDPR), we rely on the following:

• To take steps toward a contract — handling your quote request and any order that follows.
• Our legitimate interests — replying to enquiries, keeping business records, securing the site, and measuring our advertising in a proportionate way.
• Your consent — for non-essential cookies and the advertising pixel, which you can withdraw at any time (see section 5).
• Legal obligation — where we must keep records to comply with tax and other laws.

We also handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as applicable.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you:

• Web3Forms — delivers your quote-form submission to our inbox. Your form entries pass through their service. See their privacy policy.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. — we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising measurement, and you may reach us through WhatsApp. Data handled through these tools is subject to Meta's privacy policy.
• Google LLC — serves the website fonts (Google Fonts), which receives your IP address when a page loads. See Google's privacy policy.
• Netlify, Inc. — hosts and delivers this website and keeps standard server logs. See Netlify's privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

5. Cookies and the advertising pixel

This site uses the Meta Pixel. It sets cookies in your browser and reports certain actions to Meta — for example, that a page was viewed, or that you clicked a "WhatsApp" or "Get a quote" button (recorded as a "Lead"). This helps us understand whether our ads are reaching the right people. The pixel does not tell us your name.

You are in control of this tracking. You can:

• block or delete cookies in your browser settings;
• adjust what Meta shows and records for you in your Meta ad preferences; and
• use your browser's "Do Not Track" or private-browsing features.

The fonts and hosting mentioned above are necessary for the site to display and function.

6. Where your data is handled

We operate from India, so your information is processed here. Some of our service providers (such as those in section 4) operate in other countries, including the United States and the European Union, so your data may be processed there too. Where such transfers are subject to data-protection law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for them.

7. How long we keep it

We keep quote enquiries and related correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you and to serve you as a customer, and thereafter for as long as we are required to keep business and tax records. When we no longer need your information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
• correct information that is wrong or out of date;
• delete your information, or restrict how we use it;
• object to a particular use, or withdraw a consent you gave us; and
• where applicable, receive your data in a portable form.

9. How we protect your information

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and we serve this website securely over HTTPS. No method of transmission over the internet is ever completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This website is aimed at businesses and professional buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

11. Links to other sites

Our site links to places such as our Facebook page and WhatsApp. Once you leave our website, this policy no longer applies — please read the privacy policy of whichever site you move to.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top, and any significant changes will be reflected on this page.
