Infrastructure

Pre-press, high-volume web and sheet-fed offset, lamination, binding and cutting — 18 machines on one 25,000 sq ft floor, run by 80-plus people. Every stage from plate to packed carton is ours, which is what keeps quality consistent, turnaround short and the job under control.
High-volume continuous printing for long runs — textbooks, educational books, directories and catalogues, held to the same quality from the first thousand to the fiftieth.
Artwork goes straight to plate — no film, no manual step in between — so the proof you sign off and the sheets we print stay in register.
Four-colour covers and children's titles on the Komoris, plus economical text-block presses for interiors, workbooks and forms.
Gloss or matt lamination, then a square perfect-bound spine or a stitched booklet — every finish done on our own floor.
Final sizing and edge trimming, with enough cutting capacity that no job waits for a blade in the middle of a big run.
